    Vicki Starnes (seller) makes the following warranties to buyer, in consideration for the purchase of a puppy.

1.    The condition of sale:
     Stardoodles guarantees that at the time of delivery, the puppy is in good health or Stardoodles is taking per caution to make sure the dog/puppy is healthy. The buyer has Three (3) business days from the time of receipt of puppy examined by a veterinarian. This guarantee will be terminated immediately if the puppy is not examined within the allotted time. A warrant against all life altering genetic disease is provided for two years after date of birth. Should a genetic disease be discovered during this time that will greatly shorten the life of, or greatly alter the quality of life of the puppy. Stardoodles will provide the buyer with puppy from another litter.
2.    Deposit and Payment:
     Deposits are non-refundable although they are transferable to another puppy. Stardoodles reserves the right to first pick out of any litter. First come first serve, first deposit gets first pick, second deposit gets second pick and so on. Final picks must be chosen by or before the week the puppy turns five weeks old. We require that the puppy be paid for in full by 6th week.
3.    Shipping:
     Stardoodles no longer ships puppies on an airline by them self. You are welcome to fly in to Birmingham, Alabama and pick up your puppy and fly the puppy back with you. I understand there are puppy nanny’s that will fly and get your puppy and bring it to you. That would be between you and said nanny. Stardoodles does not offer this service. If puppy must be returned all shipping and transportation costs are at the expense of the buyer.
4.    Maintenance:

    The buyer agrees to maintain this dog/puppy in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to, inoculations, internal and external parasites, and preventative medication. Veterinary records must be provided if requesting a replacement. If any of the preventative care has not been
provided, health warranty will be void. The buyer agrees to maintain the dog/puppy in a humane environment and properly train and care for the dog/puppy. Under no circumstances shall Stardoodles be liable to the buyer or to any third party for any consequential or special damages resulting from of in manner related to the dog/puppy. Upon receipt of dog/puppy all veterinary care and associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
5.    Spay/Neuter Contract:
     Stardoodles has a Strict Spay/Neuter Contract. All dogs/puppies sold or leave *stardoodles* are required to be Spay/Neuter by six (6) months old from the date of birth, by new owner. Failure to comply with spay/neuter contract will void health guarantee. You must provide documentation from your licensed veterinarian stated in this contract of said puppy to us at *stardoodles* Failure to do so will void the health guarantee and could result in legal proceedings. Any variation from this contract can and may be pursued by Stardoodles through our attorney as a breech of contract. If ever there is a dispute between Seller and Buyer all suits will be handled in the State of Alabama in Jefferson County .

6.    We have taken steps to ensure that your new puppy is healthy. Your puppy has been selectively bred for excellent quality, health, soundness intelligence and good temperament. Your puppy has been on a vaccination and worming schedule for your puppy and don’t forget annual boosters after that, the puppy will need follow-up vaccinations, worming, flea control, rabies vaccination and heart worm prevention as recommended by your vet. The dog must be owned by the original owner and must not have sired or whelped a litter.
7.    As the Breeder/Seller I certify the dog/puppy is free from illness and defects, and does not appear clinically ill from parasite infestation all information provided is true the best of my knowledge and belief.
